Return Process

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use your own preferred courier to send the package to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
